About Clinton

  • Clinton Scheidt, LMFT (he/him/his) is a gay, sex-positive, licensed psychotherapist in Long Beach, CA. He has worked as a mental health clinician for six years, treating adults and couples with various racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual identities. He is passionate about the queer community and helping people get through the challenges that come with being queer-identified in a heteronormative society.

    Clinton's mission is to create a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space for queer folx and allies. He strives to instill hope no matter what problems are being faced. Whether you need coping skills to improve daily functioning, want to gain insight into deeper issues, desire more security in your relationship, or require relief from sexual troubles, Clinton's focus is on you and your intentions.

    As for his personal life, Clinton is in a committed relationship with his male partner and they enjoy traveling together. In his leisure time, Clinton enjoys singing, yoga, playing tennis, and watching TV.
